My cat has feline hyperesthesia. The vet did not believe me and said it was her anal glands. I took my cat to another vet and they knew right away what I was talking about. I never went back to Arlington and VERY happy with my cat's vet at Cumberland.

My breeder recommended this clinic and I started taking my pup there for the first couple years of his life. I found Dr. Neuman to be very heavy handed when dealing with my dog. She was not very friendly and I felt like a big inconveinence to her whenever I came in for an appoitntment. Every time I went there, her front end staff were busy gossiping about other clients and I had to stand and wait until they were done their conversations to be acknowledged. Crappy customer service makes me not want to give you my hard earned money. I left this clinic.

Arlington Animal Hospital does seem to be pricey in comparison to other veterinary services. However, they provide good overall value for the money spent and I feel confident and comfortable leaving my pets in their hands. One of my dogs absolutely LOVES going there. Dr. Neumann promotes holistic healing, which I very much appreciate (natural remedies are always recommended first, or in tandem with traditional medications). They actively listen to my concerns and are always helpful and compassionate - I've never felt like I was getting "the brush off." They have an emergency service. Unlike the person who said they don't receive reminders for annual vaccinations, I have always gotten ours.

This clinic is a nice, clean facility. They can be a big on the costly side for services. The only thing I have found wrong with them is that they do not send out yearly reminders of vaccinations for the animals that come to the clinic.
