Dr. Kris is great with cats and was always a pleasure to see. She occasionally forgot things from my cat's history or missed little details that worried me, but for the most part, I felt that she was very knowledgable. Some of her vet techs were less pleasant. Her receptionist was wonderful - very sweet and nice. It is always nice to go to a cat-only facility and this one didn't break the bank as badly as others.

I worked for Dr.Kris Hoyt a few years ago and as an 8 1/2yr experienced vet tech, it was the worst time/experience of my life! She was good with her clientele but emotionally cruel & moody with her staff. She does love cats and practices good medicine but anyone who treats support staff like garbage does not deserve to have a successful business.
