You can get an appointment with this vet easily as they see very few clients. But there is a reason for that, between the overpriced tests and Dr. Rush's superior attitude you will pay for more than you recieve. I was told my cat wasn't as ill as I thought and she died less than a day later at home. If I'd taken her elsewhere perhaps I'd have been given more accurate information and she could have at least died without pain.

After my Sheltie took ill he died at home but under her care 7 days later. She never even tried to find out what was wrong with him, just gave me a bill for $648. She had been giving him 3 times much Rimadyl for his weight had him on Thyroid and Blood Pressure meds. When ill she removed him from his Thyroid meds as well as Rimadyl. I thought that when one starts on Thyroid meds you can never take them off. I have another Sheltie. He will never go back there.All she seems to think about is how many tests that she can give to run up the bill and what meds she can have him on for the rest of his life..

I was a client of Dr. Rush. I would not recommend taking your pet to this vet. She was not compasionate and after she did not help my dog, I went elsewhere where he improved dramatically. Do not use this vet, if you love your animal.
