Good luck calling. The phone is always busy. Good luck getting an urgent care appointment. She likes animals but she certainly doesn't like people. Too many horror stories about Dr. Jamison, including one of my own. Her staff is awful and probably why there is such a turnover. The facility wreaks and that means hygiene is sorely lacking. Sure, she's cheap. But if your pet is in crisis, you won't even be able to get a call through. I had to drive over several times and saw the phone was off the hook. They don't have voicemail and you can't even leave a message.

She is the only one that has been able to touch my Pomeranian. There have been vets that have gotten my dog so upset, that I simply took her home. I have taken my dog and cats there when they were sick and Dr. Jamison quickly figured out the problem. She is Dr. Doolittle! The staff is very friendly and nice. The downsides are: it stinks in there & constant busy signal on the phone. I have had to send letters and asked them to call me.

Dr. Jamison is great. She is extremely good with animals and answers all your questions. I have taken several pets there & she always pays full attention to my pet during the appointment. She really seems to care about the animals. The downsides are that its difficult to get an appointment on short notice & you generally have to sit in the waiting room for a while before your appointment.

I have trouble deciding if I want to keep going back she didn't ask any questions about my puppy. I am a new dog owner, she didn't tell me what i needed to do with him for shots, when to get him fixed. I just would have appreciated a little more introduction other then feling as though my dog and I were at a chop shop for pets.

i guess you get what you pay for. It was hard to get pass the awful smell of the place when you first walk in. I also know for a fact that she yells and screams at her staff. She might be cheap when it comes to prices but if she is a mean person i will not be taking my animals there anymore.
