	2/3/09	5	5	4	4	Though VA in its entirety is expensive - I am very happy with Dr. McClean in particular, as she also supports Holistic Treatment for pets. A genuine concern for your pet is their main focus, follow up phone calls to check on pet's status after an appt and to provide status on lab tests - I have always received a call from the Dr themself not a tech.
