I have used this hospital for a number of years and have never dealt with a a practice so focused on money. Outrageous charges-they push Science Diet to the exclusion of everything else and basically bully you into vaccinations, and treatment that may not always be necessery. They are totally closed minded to any holistic approach to care. After a number of years and thousands of dollars that I've paid them over the years, I'm done. Dr. Kim Lovell, one of the owners, recently tried to diagnose an emergency situation over the phone. I was surprised she didn't bother suggesting bringing my dog in so she would get the $750 I wound up paying an emergency clinic. It's a sad state when you have to wonder if a veterinarian really even cares about animals. I hope my comments will not be censored, as they are completely truthful!
