I had a terrible visit at Cole. I made an appointment to see Dr. Cole before work in the morning and he never showed up. His partner quickly saw us, obviously in a rush. I gave a detailed history of my dogs problem and it was poorly and incorrectly recorded in her record. Noone called me to pick her up at lunch like I asked. Then when I came to pick her up all doctors were too busy to talk to me...fine...there are emergencies, but when I need to pay a $300 bill to spring my dog I need some face time. Then my dog ended up with a huge hematoma from her blood stick and her blood needed to be redrawn! Finally one of their solutions was to switch her from her grain free diet to science diet for her spay incontinence...yea...thanks I saw your supply closet stocked to the ceiling. NEVER AGAIN.
