I have used this facility for over 10 years now with 4 dogs. They are absolutely the best in the business. They are currently treating two of my dogs. The other two didn't require any follow up visits. I have been to this clinic several times over the last 10 years and the Dr. is Brilliant. He is VERY good at what he does. One of my dogs has many medical issues and he has kept me very well informed of her condition - even drawing diagrams for me of her heart and what was going on. HE is a straight shooter and his love of animals is so apparent. He truly wants to make each and every animal better. Having been there so many times over the last 10+ years I have seen a lot of patients come through there. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility. I can't even begin to describe how absolutely AMAZING it is. Even my one dog who hates clinics, LOVES the staff and wags her tail when she sees any of them. LOVE THEM< LOVE THEM LOVE THEM>

Our vet discovered a heart murmur and referred us to MVRS. We were very disappointed in every way and form and would advise no one go to this clinic. Our discharge papers with the results from an echocardiograph were for a cocker spaniel DOG instead of our cat. The Dr had horrible bedside manner and communication skills. The Dr gave us a heavy dose of meds but did not provide adequate communication on what they did nor on methods of delivery. Our cat's pulse went dangerously low. The doctor was contacted and we were told this was normal. When we went to pick up our cat we found him in a catatonic state. After we brought our cat home we discovered injuries to his side and neck. He had a large laceration on his side and a contusion under his chin. We skipped our follow up visit and instead brought our cat to a cardiologist. The cardiologist under consult with other doctors disagreed with Dr Goulland's diagnosis. Use this service with caution.
