I recently switched to this clinic thinking a cat-only vet would provide the best care for my two cats. One of my cats recently needed emerg surgery (done at a 24-hour emerg clinic) and when Glenora called post-surgery to see how my cat was doing I had questions that the tech couldn't answer (I had concerns about my cat's recovery - and wanted answers quickly) she said a vet would call me back that day. I waited. No call. No call the next day. Or the next. When I finally called to express my disappointment the vet apologized but made excuses for her staff and justified her reaction, stating that they didn't think it was an emergency. It turned out to be an emergency, and I ended up taking my cat back to her former clinic, who treated her. While I have had good experiences with this clinic before, and liked the clinic overall, when I really needed them they let me down. I'm no longer taking my two cats to Glenora.

Unfortunately while Dr King seems to care about his clients, it seems to be a different story with the other Vets in the practice.

Dr. Brian King is awesome! Very knowledgable, friendly staff. Great with animals. Will work with you financially.
