I've been going to the Double AA clinic for the past 5 years and I can't be any happier with these guys. The doctors are wonderful, the staff is very helpful and friendly and I don't have to go broke to pay for the vet bills for my 4 pets. I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody who cares about their pets' health.

My husband and I and our 3 dogs had a very positive experience at Double A. Dr. A was always very knowledgeable and her ability to listen was part of her experience. She helped us with the loss of our beloved Golden in 2005, and had patience with our rescued terrier/corgi mix who was (and still is)trying at times. The staff was always courteous and we were able to make timely appointments. We moved in 2009 to upstate New York and have found an "OK" vet, but our NY vet hospital does not even come close to the positive, well-run, professional experience we had at Double A. Cats and dogs and their specific health needs came first at Double A, and they were well worth the costs, (which, by the way, are well within line with vet care that we have experienced here in NY.

Overpriced, can never get an appointment. They lied on the record then Autorino would not even call to discuss the problem.

I take my 4 cats here every year for routine check ups, etc. Never had a problem. Even with more severe illness, when they occur, Double AA is on top of their game.

EXCELLENT FACILITY. I have been taking all my cats there for years. No problems with anything whatsoever. Even get a discount for having multiple cats. The staff is always nice, they accomodate all my cat's needs, and we have never had a problem with them. A+ to Double A Vets! TJ Bonelli - Weth.

Stay away. Nice on the surface and adequate for routine care. Vet tech administered wrong vaccine and would never admit the error or take responsibility for it. They lied and we can't trust the practice. If the veterinarian has staff members who make errors they should address the error not support inept staff.
