Click to report rating    7/23/08   1     1     1     1   Extremely rude and misleading. Their behavior caused an elderly woman to cry. The woman took her cat there to be neutered. This woman assumed that this vet, like most others in the area, required that payment is made at the time service is rendered. Apparently, this clinic requires payment to be made BEFORE services are rendered. If that is there policy that is fine, but their hateful and insensitive behavior made the elderly woman extremely upset. She had planned to drop the animal off on her way to work and pick up the animal (and pay) when she picked the animal up the next day. They were downright mean about the situation and were not at all interested in finding a solution to the problem. They didn't care- it's a simple as that. Fortunately, I was able to find a vet who actually cared about animals and wasn't interested in misleading and confusing elderly clients. I would avoid Sycamore Animal Hospital. RID: 9409
