This clinic certainly takes advantage of pet owners. If you decide to take your pet here be sure to keep a close eye on the services. The quote they give warns you that it "may" fluctuate up to 20 percent, but it should say "will" increase by at least 20 percent. We have taken our pets there for a few years and I have never been particularly fond of the prices. However, I guess I never paid close enough attention because my pets (who are members of the family) needed care. This week my dog ate some toxins andcwe took him in. My wife was quoted between $540.00 and $760.00 (this was to be worst case if they had to keep him for several days). He stayed for 2 days and we were charged over $900.00. After further review we were charged $50.00 dollars for a heart worm test (that he didnt need and was not there for). We were charged $32.00 for eye drops, as well as several other random charges. The doctor and staff cared for and finally put to sleep a family cat. They were compassionate and took great care for the cat's comfort in her final days. They also were there for our family during this difficult time. Coco will be missed but the relationship we have we're her doctors and their staff remain strong.

I have been with them for over twenty years. They have always been there no matter what time of the day or night, or even in a ice strom. I lost my cat of 17 years and the Doctor was there. She drove in during a Ice strom to help give him peace. Now we have a small dog who has has knee surgery and the care is out of this world. If you want a place that takes care of your animals which are more like your own family members this is the place to be. They care for them like they are there own.

Excellent experience. Dr. "Mac" is excellent with Greyhounds and dental surgery. Dr. Hall was super with our cat Molly. Very caring, excellent care. Excllent Staff.

We are so lucky to have found this clinic for our kitten. The place is clean and neat. The wait was maybe five minutes and we were early for the appointment. When I asked for a vet to be our forever-vet, we met Dr. Hall who specializes in cats. The tech was friendly to and gentle with both me and my kitten. Dr. Hall was very thorough and also friendly and gentle. She recommended some tests that I knew were essential and I asked for certain tests so that my kitten would have baseline information. The cost was extremely reasonable. Vet care, just like human health care, can be very pricey. The clinic offers wellness plans which are great savings. My nine-week old kitten was comfortable and so was I. I had no difficulty in setting up future appointments at times that will be convenient. The place is great.

Very well maintained in order to charge you excessively for tests not needed. They are the slickest group in the SE ct area. They provide good care, but they know how to drum up expensive fees for teats etc by playing off your emotions. Be wary, there are many other Vets around that are just as good at 1/2 the price. They are still better than the VETS 24 hour clinic in Waterford/Oakdale (enterprise ave) who have a horrible reputation and should be avoided at all costs.

Prices may be a little on the high side- haven't done a comparable. But you get what you pay for! When we switched from our old vet to this one, we called them at 4:20 pm on a friday when they close at 5 worried our puppy might have an infection. They told us no problem and to come and they would squeeze us in- new patients- on a friday night! That immediately told me that they would take great care of our baby. We're very happy with our decision to switch and wish we had done it sooner. Now she's on the path to getting better.
