Click to report rating    5/14/14   3     3     3     3   My dog saw the vet on May 6, 2014. He was given expired (March 9, 2014) medication which I paid for to take home. When I contacted the office about this issue, the reply was how did I get the expired medication, all the ones they have in stock are fine. They agreed to replace the expired bottle. RID: 51572
9/23/13   1     1     1     1   OUR INDOOR CAT GOT FLEAS FROM THIS PLACE. they even admitted that the blanket they used on our cat was used on other animals without being cleaned. I feel very ripped off my this vet, we brought our cat in be aide he is getting old showing signs of Illness and urinating in unusual places. They did a check up, conned us into purchasing a food, without a diagones. They said they would call us with urine results within 10days whether they find something or not. 2 weeks later we received a call from the receptionist saying we might need to bring him in for more test, but the vet will call later that day to arrange that and discuss the results as she (the receptionist) did not have them... No call, we finally call today after 2 more weeks. The receptionist said there's nothing wrong. When we asked, "do we need to bring our cat back in?" you can if you want to, was her response. So here we are $170 less, and now our cat has fleas and we might need to have an exterminator on our home RID: 47138
