i took my 9 year old dog to see dr hicks four times before he suggested doing some tests to see what was going on with him. he ran some blood tests and an xray and told us the blood work would be back in a couple of days. after three days i started calling for the results of the blood work i called on wed, thurs and fri and saturday. never got a call back. on sunday evening my dog got worse and i had to take him to the emergency vet who was kind supportive and laid out our options . we decided to put him down. Monday I called dr hicks to tell him what transpired. We still havent heard from Dr Hicks. I dont propose to suggest that the outcome would have been any different but i want to go to a vet that is there for you and caring and interactive and available to you when you need them. i think it is inexcusable that he has never called us back. and we paid for the tests too!!!

I have been going to this Clinic for seven years now. They are very caring from the girls up front to the back staff. My primary is Dr Bower he is a very caring vet. My middle furbaby was diagnosed with Diabetes at the end of June Dr Bower has helped me and keep KC regulated in her BG's. I have 3 Cairn Terriers and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are reasonaby priced and are open 7 days a week which is very nice to know any day if I have a problem I can go there and be taken care of. I highly recommend Spencer Springs Animal Hospital.

After I finally insisted that she was not getting better and that she was dying and that we need to put her down, I told them, " this borders on inhumane " !!! On one visit i said. " she's gotten much worse " the Doc said to me " you think so ? ". Dear God it was so obvious !!
I am so devastated over thinking about my beloved cat spending her dying days in a cage with strangers and all kinds fo noise etc.around her . I'm still in tears thinking how my beloved cat spent the last 10 days of her life , in that cage .
By the way, the bill turned out to be over $600.00 . tripple what I was told it would be !!!
The worst part is that I was deprived of being with my beloved cat for the last 10 days of her life.
If these people put money over the welfare of our animals and the owners feelings ( and they do ), GOD HELP US ALL !!! This site doesn't allow enoygh room for my full review, it's posted other sites, do a search.
