The girls in the office are great! Dr. Norby saw a flea on our dog and freaked out. Her bedside manner couldn't be any worse. She talks down to you and her prices are higher than a human doctor. Do not take your animal to see her because it's all about the money with her

Dr. Kaufman treated my son's pet snake. He took time examining her, explained the situation fully, and taught my son how to give her the meds. The staff called us several times to check on her progress. It was a great experience.
