I took my dog there last summer. They were so busy the day I was there that the had me come back. I waited 2 hours , no call back. When I returned they were, so called to busy. I saw one person in the lobby. It wasn't the person that was there when I first came in. Not ,very professional or compassionate to my dog's emergency. I took him to another clinic. Issued solved at the other clinic.

I had to take my pet home without the proper treatment due to the ridiculous cost for Simla things like saline. I was disappointed with the service once we decided to take her home. If we were paying, they were ready to add on tests, simply feed her for extra cash, etc. hopefully she makes it at home...

Everyone was very pleasant and loving to my dog. I will surprised at the cost of $500 for xray, fecal, eletrolytes tests for a bacterial intestinal infection. This also included 2 prescription.

Excellent emergency and critical care facility. Only ER in the area that will treat exotic animals. Caring and knowledgable staff and doctors.
