My puppy died after being seen by the vet for a regular check up he was given medicine for preventive worming different than what he has had before - Gray Fox refused to reimbruse me for the puppy - they wanted to put us off by telling us the were trying to contact the people who made the medicine and that they could not get anyone else to do free tissues sampling after they screwed up we just wanted them to live up to their mistake and pay us for our puppy. Sad for business
