Valley Veterinary Clinic has THE BEST STAFF! They are so friendly and always willing to help when they can. They have treated my large and small animals for years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Dr. Button, Dr Wiens and Dr Rocheleau are compassionate, caring and very knowledgable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet.

this place is terrible all they know how to do is push pills, steroids and antibiotics. they have royally screwed up my labs gi track claiming he had allergies, thanks alot. we have now changed to Carleton place vet, and he doesn't have allergies, thanks alot valley vet. do not go here, they do not care for your pet they care about money

I was in just recently to have my 13 year old Golden Retriever put to sleep. It is a difficult time however ALL of the staff were sympathetic and compassionate even though this was my first time there. I was seen to right away and brought into a separate room with a couch etc. which was much more comfortable then an exam room. It wasn't overpriced however in a situation like this I would pay whatever it would cost to ensure it went smoothly. Overall I was impressed with the staff & the service. When we plan to add another canine friend to our family this will become our regular vet.

As a breeder of Dobermann Pinschers and new to the Carleton Place area I have been extremely fortunate to have Dr. Helen Douglas and her staff attend to my adults and puppies. Dr. Helen Douglas is one of the best veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She takes wonderful care of animals. She loves her job and animals and all it takes is one visit and I guarantee that you will never take your animal anywhere else. The staff is knowledgable and very caring also. They are fairly expensive but you definetely get what you paid for. Quality and loving care of your family pets. I would and have recommended this place to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely best clinic I have ever used, staff are friendly, care is optimal, Dr Helen Douglas is an unbelievably, caring, compassionate lady, as are the rest of her staff, prices are much better than City prices, they don't push unecessary procedures. She loves what she does and it shows. Would and have recommended this clinic to many, many friends.
