Click to report rating    2/22/12   1     3     4     2   I have been a customer there for a couple years, bringing my two dogs, and even got a friend to bring his kitten (so I sent them new customers). You'd THINK they'd appreciate that right? Unfortunately , they never missed a chance to make me feel ripped off. The final straw was when I called to get a medication refill for my dying dog... it was expired by a couple weeks (I never picked it up) and I was going to put him to sleep but wanted to give him a few more nights of comfort. When I called for a refill, of course, they wanted me to to "come in" and incur another charge. I don't mind paying for services I want and need, but if a vet doesn't have the compassion to renew a prescription for a dying animal he's treated for years without selfishly trying to get that one last payment, then that's someone that I don't think should event BE a veterinarian. Click to report rating    2/7/11   5     5     5     4   My family's been seeing Dr. Cuellar for years for all or our dog and cat problems. He's friendly, thorough, thoughtful and actually listens to your concerns. Even when we had to put one of our kitties down for tongue cancer, the way the hospital handled the situation was gentle and compassionate. Before we said goodbye they had given him some very good painkillers, so we were able to hear our little guy purring for the last time. I know that sounds silly, but it really meant a lot to know that he wasn't hurting and scared. The techs are friendly and helpful, plus you can tell they really like animals. Sometimes things are a little expensive, but they explain why things cost what they do and what the charges are for. They're great! RID: 22652
