When I rescued a 15yr old stray cat last year, I had no money and needed help because he was obviously ill. I have only owned dogs in the past and really knew nothing about treating (what I found out to be) a terminally ill feline. I was told by the staff at VCA that I was essentially going to have to give Hospice-like care for a few weeks until I was ready to euthanize him. I had grown incredibly attached and was an absolute mess. Not only did the staff perform unsolicited check-ins, but they also went out of their way to comfort me every time I called or visited.They were kind, patient, and knowledgable through the whole ordeal and I really think that I wouldn't have made the right decision to put him down without them. I am so grateful Special thanks to Nicole!!!!

This is the worst veterinary facility I have ever visited! The staff is poorly trained and the Dr. is not any better! My advice, go somewhere else! The waiting time for my visit was over half an hour with no acknowledgement from the staff, the facility was dirty and my concerns were not answered by the Dr. The whole experience was awful and in the end I went somewhere else for a second opinion. What was diagnosed as a "sneezing fit" turned out to be a upper respiratory infection.
