no compassion what so ever. She has a cold heart and mean spirit against clients that walk into her clinic or those that have been loyal. Not a people person at all. Staff is the same way as she is. She has managed to allienate two of the better vets that worked there with her. Shame on her! I will never go there again.

After 14 years of caring for my dog, I took him in for euthanasia. Because I made a comment that they charge more than others,Dr. Deborah Burns told me to "take my business elsewhere if I was going to gripe" Even though their policy is to accept checks, she told them up front to only take cash from me. The most difficult day of putting down my beloved pet who was blind, deaf and extreme demintia due to old age was made ultimately worse by her attitude. No wonder her waiting room was totally empty. I am sure I am not the only customer she has lost. Since she has taken over this clinic I have been unhappy with her dismissive and curt attitude when I took my pet in and her high dollar pricing. My new puppy and my son's new puppy will be taken elsewhere. Don't take your pet to this so called doctor.
