Click to report rating    12/2/09   1     1     5     1   They initially misdiagnosed my beautiful golden retriever, gave him a injection of antibiotics and sent us on our way.Within on hour later my beloved dog died of congestive heart failure.I feel that if the vet would have at least listened to his heart and been more caring he might have given him a injection of a diuretic,I somehow feel we would have had more time with our beloved pet. When we took him back the second time that night the vet said he needed chest x-ray.5 minutes later he came out to the waiting room and said "he's gone".The worst day of my family's lives. Please insist that your dog is checked for all possible illnesses. So this does not happen to your beloved pet! Click to report rating    8/8/08   5     5     4     5   All e-clinics are always going to be expensive, it's a harsh reality. There might always be a wait as well, but people forget to realize that pets are seen on a worst case scenario basis first. I worked here as part of a school internship, and I was impressed and wanted to share what goes on behind the scenes. I've been at several hospitals over 10 years, and these doctors are amazing and the best I've worked with. They are always educating their staff (who are long term employees) as they go through procedures. It's scary to have your pet taken in the back for a procedure, but I can assure (and I am an anal pet owner) that everyone works in sync as a team to do triage, handle the pets gently, getting a pet into surgery is FAST, the head receptionist is unbelievably good, and the doctors are literally sitting next to the cages during downtime and constantly checking their patients. If you want quality go here, and there is a wait because they are actually working hard on each case! RID: 9616
