Make sure that you ask EVERYTHING that you would like to know. They do not supply you information voluntarily. They also made sure to tell us that our cat would recover from her kidney failure while they held her for 3 days (which totaled $1000), and when we picked her up from there, they told us that she would be on a dialysis type procedure for the rest of her life. She is 4 and they also told us that she might live for 2 more years. Very nice staff and they *DO* care for the animals, but tend to make things sound better than what they really are, just to turn a huge profit.
