Never bringing my dog back to Banfield again -- they ran tests they didn't need to do; they misdiagnosed the problem she was having with her bowel frequency, and they charged almost 400 dollars for the same thing my usual vet charges 150.00 for. Then, they created a problem so I could not board my dog at the PetHotel, with which they are affiliated. This would also not have occurred had I just gone to my regular vet -- all based on tests that were not asked for nor necessary. A scam. Never even saw the doctor, everything was done by the "nurses"/lackies.
