Knowledgeable and kind doctors work here. Dr. Petermann was very compassionate and took the time to answer all my questions and be supportive through my dog buddy's stay in the hospital.

In my opinion Dr. Petermann is a very loving and caring Doctor. She took the time to get to know my pet and play with him to relax him before she worked on him. My cat, Buddy, had a very bad eye infection in both eyes; he was walking around with his eyes squinting to see. Dr. Petermann cleaned out all the puss from inside his eyes and gave me drops and an antibiotic - within the week Buddy had his eyes open and running around the house like a nut. Thank you Dr. Petermann for giving Buddy back his eye-site. I have and will keep recommending Dr. Petermann to my family and friends.

I have been using this Veterinary Hospital for over a decade and my pets have seen nearly every doctor over the years for routine visits. The facility is very clean and we'll taken care of. If your pet has to be hospitalized they allow you to visit whenever you want. They are very compassionate and understand your needs concerning your pet and it's care. The technician staff is dedicated and wonderful. The receptionists are for the most part very understanding and do their best to get you an appointment that best suits you but there is one rude and awful girl they have working the front desk that in my opinion should never work with the public. All the kids in the back are helpful as well. Dr. Longo is fantastic and the best doctor to see. So is Dr. A but stay away from Dr. Petermann. She is clumsy, Uncompassionate, less knowledgeable than all the other doctors and always try to get you to do the most expensive work. I would recommend seeing anyone else instead of her.

The vets have been great and I have been a customer for 17 years. They are always accomodating and the facility is spotless. You can visit your pet in the back any time so you can see the whole facility. I would highgly recommend it.

I agree with others that dr petermann should be avoided, she ALWAYS chooses to do the most expensive testing first before any routine ones. Every time we go there she wants to put my dog on steroids regardless of whether he has an ear infection or bad hips. Last time we went she tried to prescribe us what she already prescribed at our previous appointment - embarrassing for her that she didn't read his file.

Once you get past the receptionists, the staff (doctors and technicians) are GREAT. Dr. Longo is wonderful. Very knowlegeable and compassionate!
