I have had have used 2-3 different Licking County area vets (Granville and Johnstown) over 15 years and this clinic is a reasonable choice. Have had 5 dogs in that time. Customer service is generally acceptable, but some of my visits do have a "wait your turn, we will get to you" type of response when I come in. Generally have to wait longer than my appointment time to get into an examination room. Vets do a good job and are generally thorough, but are, of course, general vets and (as such) can take some time to diagnose moderately complex problems with your pet. If you are thinking about finding a vet in Licking County, you could definitely worse. Will stick with them unless I find a better clinic.
