I disagree with the last reviewer - this place has only improved in the last few years. It is clean and pleasant (there's complimentary Keurig coffee in the lobby). The staff are very professional and caring, and I know some of them of them have been there for years and years. I have nothing but the highest praise for the way my senior dog was handled when she was in crisis. They were like a well oiled machine as they hooked my dog up to fluids and conducted various tests. They put a fleece wool blanket over her and then into a heated oversized cage as she continued to receive fluids. She recovered beautifully, and as I said,I believe it was in no small way due to their knowledge, professionalism and compassion. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

this place has TANKED since the original owner sold it! No longer offer 24 hour emergency for small animals, and the prices have gone thru the roof! They are always behind (though maybe not now that they don't have many clients!). I now drive 40 mins to go to a much better place, even though this clinic is a few miles away...

I have spent a great deal of money at this vet and at first thought it worth it for the nice facility and knowledgeable staff. But with a change in ownership and a new office manager, prices have gone way up, with lots of unnecessary things added in so you have to always check on what they plan to charge very carefully.

The staff doesn't seem very caring. I was present when there was a human emergency and they seemed clueless. One doctor argued with my wife because he misread the paperwork and accused her of being a month late bringing our dog in. They also haven't been good at diagnosing and treating our issues with our pets. The facilities are good. They are punctual but it comes at a price. If you are just going in to pick something up or drop something off it can take a while of waiting before you are attended to. They seem to nitpick and charge for every little thing. Overall I'd say they are average at best. We chose to leave this vet and return to our old vet. It's a bit more of a drive but our old vet really seems to care.

This veterinary offers their own 24 hr emergency service which is outstanding. They know your animals and are not out to gouge you for emergency care. The senior vets are extremely skilled and are great collaborators if breeding. Have not had too many interactios with other partners. Staff is courteous and helpful.

The Staff is very nice and are able to answer all your questions. I have put two animals down using this vet and the compassion I recieved was exellent. There prices are very reasonable and they are a 24/hour come to your home care as well. I will only use this vet for all my animals needs!
