Vet is unwilling to see any walk ins. Most of the staff seem unknowledgeable about veterinary medicine, and are just generally uncooperative and uncaring. Every time I've asked them a question I've been looked at like I was stupid and told I'd have to ask the vet. The vet won't answer any questions without an appointment. Even people that work in the Petsmart store don't recommend using the clinic! The Banfield located in Petsmart off Abilene and Aurora is much better. Dr. Fine is a super nice lady, and a great vet.
