This animal hospital literally saved by dogs life. He had herniated a disc in his back and was unable to walk. Dr. Diaz was spectacular detecting that things didn't go according to plan with the first surgery and walked me through the process of a second surgery. Thank God for pet insurance through Trupanion as it covered 90% of the cost. This was the second time I had to use their services as my previous dog had the same issue. Both times they were great. The animal technicans were great as well. The front staff could use a little training on customer service but the rest of the experience was great.

When they give an estimate of cost does it ever end up at the low end. They should not say the cost is going to be $3200 but MIGHT go as high as $4200 when it just automatically goes to the max amount. Wait times when you have an appointment are ridiculous. Put on hold when I called to pick up a pet for 30 minutes then wait again for them to come out

My dog has been having difficulties with limping which changes from front leg to front leg. This summer the limping increased to daily. My vet put him on glucosamine cookies about 2 months ago and the symptoms improved significantly. We were referred to CARE to investigate the cause of these symptoms. The neurological physical exam was normal so CARE kept my dog all day to see an orthopaedic surgeon. The specialist walked my dog to reproduce the limp even though I told the doctors that he wasn't limping anymore. Since they could not reproduce the limp they had their vet tech call me to say they were sending my dog home with Metacam. Of course they couldn't reproduce the limp because the glucosamine cookies had alleviated the pain. My dog was there all day and not a single test was performed. He saw 2 specialists but neither of these doctors called me to discuss the case until I insisted. I emailed videos of the limping but no one looked at them.

I work in the industry and my dog needed to have surgery with Dr. Connery. He did an excellent job with the surgery and Dr. Larson and the entire team were wonderfully supportive when I needed them the most. He had to spend 5 days in hospital and was treated with the utmost care and concern. I would highly recommend!

My 5 year old rescue had a double tplo surgery with Dr. Connery 6 weeks ago. From the first phone call inquiring about the surgery to the 6 week followup xray, I have been continually impressed with their level of care, compassion and surgical ability. Dr Connery went above and beyond to give me reassuring additional information, answered my never ending questions and help me feel at ease with my choice. Gracie has sailed through recovery and is happier than ever. I would strongly recommend Dr Connery and his team at CARE.

I'm rating a specific Dr on this Dr. Diaz . He's a neurologist at this centre and he was nothing short of amazing ! I'm a volunteer at an animal rescue and brought my foster puppy Lucky in for a consult . Dr Diaz was very informative and laid out everything in a very straight forward manner . He did a few cognitive tests on Lucky and let me know a few different directions we could try from here . He not only was understanding of the fact that we face monitary issues as a rescue but he gave us half off the consultation fee . The ladies ladies at the front desk though I didn't deal with them a lot ....seemed to be very kind as well

Staff cold. Reception should be more honest wih wait times. Spent 4.5 hrs in the waiting room to end up being told it eill be hours at that point. I went elsewhere. My dog did end up needing surgery.

I felt the reception staff were cold and uninformed. Nobody communicated. While a doctor is phoning and telling me to return ASAP, I run in the reception staff has no idea I am coming and tell me I have to wait while they get the doctor and my best friend is DYING WITH OUT ME. Speaking of which the very young clearly just out of school vet is presented with an animal who is very unstable and instead of opting for blood transfusions and stabilizing protocols they suggest 1500 dollars worth of diagnostic imaging which ended up entirely useless because the unstable dog died before it could be properly assessed. Cost me almost 2500 dollars for 3 hours and a dead dog who didn't have to die- and I KNOW this because I happen to work in the veterinary profession and those words were right out of the mouths of my vets of 4-40 years experience (who were unfortunately ALL away that weekend) assessing the emergency report 2 days later. Never again for an emergency and I will forever regret going.

Emergency vets extremly caring and knowledgible. Very busy place and you may be waiting due to triage system but understandible. Expensive but worth it for the specialty care my pup recieved. Big hearts!! Great place!!

We took a **** with a puppy stuck in the birth canal there. Vet tech was rude and Vet was verbally abusive. We did all of the work while they made us wait and even when they showed up did nothing to try to save the puppy. Said the mother had more puppies to come which was wrong too. Nothing will get me back to the emergency side of this clinic. A previous experience was all about the Vet providing a shopping list of expensive tests with no guidance on which ones might actually be worth doing. I will never go there for emergency treatment again.

The CARE Center is a wonderful place. As I sat in the waiting room I saw emergency after emergency come through the door. They were all there for the same reason I was. It was 11pm on a friday night and all other clinics were closed. They provide excellent patient care and saved my puppy Sammy after he was poisoned. Good Job Care Center!!

No care for my dog when they did surgery. Very very bad place. Most of the staff there need to re think why they became a Vet. I have wanted to get my medical records, even after the lawyer has contacted them they will not release them.. Our 5and one half year old doberman had to be sent to heaven because of that place. Please please go anywhere else but the care center , no care there.. Our hearts are still broken, because of the advice we got from the Drs. they did not tell us the whole truth.
