DO NOT GO TO HIGH PLAINS VET!! We brought our puppy to this clinic. It was awful from the start. The
wait was long, the receptionist was rude. They took our puppies stool
and then never called us back to let us know she was sick and needed
medicine.
After I called back them to double check since I had not heard back from them 8 days later and they said she "slipped through the cracks." When I asked for them to treat my other dog that had been now exposed to the puppy, they said no and the vet LITERALLY screamed at me in front of other customers and told me to leave. Maybe they were just having a bad day but I have NEVER been treated like this in a profession or personal situation before.
