Carolina’s Vet Clinic does not offer 24 hr care. In 2009, Dr. Watson was negligent with my dog. After not seeing Watson for more than a year (due to seeing other Vets in the office), he visited with my dog and offered a surgical procedure (not the reason for the visit) that would "greatly improve the quality of my dog's life" --- it did not improve...my dog died the day after surgery. When I picked up my dog, I was told everything was fine and the surgery went "very well." Only after my dog (in good health before the surgery) died was I informed that he vomited while under sedation...not informing me of all details was negligent Watson and his staff. My dog should never have been sent home on the same day. Also, when I returned to the clinic to get some answers, I was left waiting for almost an hour even though I arrived earlier than my scheduled appt. While I understand hat “things can happen,” Dr. Watson was not competent with my dog nor was he considerate overall.

Dr. Watson it very dedicated to what he does. I took my cat there who needed urgent care for a blockage and he was wonderful and reasonable. I have tried other Vets in the area and I am very very happy with his services. The staff seems very competant and pleasant.
