I love this vet and his staff. It is a family environment. Since discovering this clinic I have taken my dog and 4 cats. Dr. Willoughby is very thoughtful and concerned about pet and pet-parent alike. His office manager has always called me the next day to see how my "kids" were doing and to see if I had thought of any other questions.I even emailed a question to the doctor one Saturday evening expecting not to hear back until Monday. Instead he emailed me back with an answer that night. I have recommended them to a friend with several dogs and she has been thrilled too. I give them an A+ on everything.

I don't understand the previous comments at all! I have taken my pets (currently 2 cats and 4 dogs) to TCAH since 1999 and cannot speak highly enough about the care my animals receive. Dr. Willoughby has always been very friendly and professional, and he's the only vet there so my pets and I aren't dealing with a stranger with every visit. I have never known him to be wrong about a diagnosis, and his fees are very reasonable. If you prefer large facilities with high overhead (and don't mind supporting that overhead), find a different vet. If you appreciate personal, quality service, visit Dr. Willoughby.
