I emailed Dunnville Veterinary Clinic to ask if they will treat my furbaby's cancer with a treatment listed on their website. They didn't even respond! Does DVC only perform that treatment for dogs, as the picture on their site implies? Just my opinion, but that's unacceptable and incompetent.

I would highly recommend Dunnville Vet Clinic. Whenever I have an emergency they will always fit me in right away, which is very important to me. Excellent prices. Dr. Kadri has a real compassion for both animals and clients. She is very knowledgeable and always explains her diagnosis and test results and will answer all your questions. You can feel confident your pets are getting the best treatment when they are placed in her care. Staff are great, pleasant and knowledgeable.

This place is a joke ! They don't care about the animals all they care about is money ! Front desk staff is rude and doesn't have a clue. The facility itself is nice but thats because they need to charge all that money to pay there staff ! Stay away !

I took a stray cat I found in distress into this clinic hoping they could do the humane thing and put the poor thing out of its misery. I was told I would have to pay for the euthanasia and the after care. I would think that a Veterinary Clinic of all places would have compassion and would have done this at no cost. I guess it is all about the money.

We had the very sad experience of losing our precious Roxy this past weekend but we needed to do what was best for her. Our desire was to have this happen at home so I called your clinic & Dr. Cassie came out to our home. She was so kind, caring & compassionate - we will never forget that. Even though we were sad, she made the whole experience so peaceful for us as well as Roxy. Thank you so much for having such awesome staff. Would recommend your clinic in a heartbeat. Can only base my rating on this 'home visit' but her treatment of Roxy & us was so exceptional - just had to give thanks for such a caring staff. As for the $ amount - more than reasonable (& far less expensive than others I got quotes from). THANK YOU!

This clinic is the best we have ever been to. The Drs and staff are amazing from the time you walk through the front door to the time you leave. I can call them 24/7 and know I will receive excellent care for my pups. Thank-you Dunnville Veterinary Clinic for all you do.

Dr. Bob is very knowledgable and efficient. I tried this Dunnville clinic after being frustrated with MainWest Vet in Welland and their inability to provide a diagnosis for my very sick cat that ultimately had a collapsed lung and heart tumour. Dr. Bob provided me with a fact-based diagnosis so I could make the humane and necessary decision. I would recommend this clinic as they are professional and reasonably priced.

Very quick to make a decision to end animals life's. Switched vets immediately. Very rude and money hungry. No compassion regarding humans nor animals.

Dr. McQueen decided to euthanize an animal from a family who loved their animal and takes such care. He didn't ask questions about the animal to find out about their special needs. He just made a decision within a few minutes which was not in the best interest of the animal in question. Why did he not do a investigation properly? Why did he not ask questions of the family to find out the animals background and how far the animal has come now and how happy the animal is. Does he not care about animals? Does he think that animals with special needs should all be put down?

All 4 of my animals love going to their vet in Dunnville. They care about my pets well being & about me, and have always been supportive when we've been faced with difficult decisions in the past. We love this place. Highly recommended!

Went here for years and years and was very happy. Then a new vet started here, she was rough with my animals and condescending. The prices suddenly grew by leaps and bounds. I was quoted upwards of 1,200.00$ for dental care for my dog, only to get excellent care in Simcoe for the same thing for under 300$. I will NEVER subject my animals to this place again. The staff behind the counter are great, but they don't treat my dogs.

Wow! What an amazing clinic. I've been bringing my dog here for 2 years. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The prices are fair & I feel that they really care about all the animals they treat :) very happy & lucky to have such an awesome vet!

My dog and I both love the clinic and their staff! From the minute you walk in to when you leave, they are nothing but friendly and helpful. Some of the most caring and knowledgable vets and staff around!!!

They were very rude to me I will not go back. My husband gave my dog to one of their rescue organizations. They would not tell me where they sent the dog. I was just concerned that he would find a good home. She was rude and treated me like a child on the phone. My six cats and myself will never set foot in that door again. I am sure I will find a vet that will treat me and my animals better for the thousands of dollars I spend every year.

I use this clinic for my dogs and horses. The desk staff has always been friendly and helpful, and their vets seem very knowledgable,friendly, and willing to discuss the care and maintenance of my animals.

I absolutely love this vet clinic! The staff are friendly and honestly care about the animals that come into the office. The vets are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job. Their prices are the cheapest I could find in my area. I was extremely pleased with how my cat was after her spay. I have been to other vets and none compare to this clinic.

Can't say enough good things about this vet clinic. All there staff are super wonderful and listen to everything you have to say. They don't move super fast around the animals and take there time doing a thorough job. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Horrible vets, nasty girls behind the desk. This clinic used to be wonderful, about 15 yrs ago. Now, it is all about the money, they charge different amounts to different people for the same procedures, have given horrible, horrible advice and caused the death of my pet after telling me she was fine, she died 48 hrs later because she was so full of infection they couldn't save her. Also told me to feed supplements to my dogs which I later found out caused them to have to have C sections. They knew I would have to come back for these surgeries and pay big bucks. They are truly incompetent and ALL ABOUT THE $.

The only vets I know that are about the animals first then the money. Prices are the lowest in my area but service is second to none! They saved a Dogo for me, 6 years old bled out on the operating table while being spayed. She had had so many litters it was inevitable. They used their personal dogs to give her warm blood and revived her 3 times! 2 weeks of intervenous and xrays and numerous antibiotics and they only charged me for the spay!!! This wasn't even my dog it was a rescue I planned to rehome.
