I absolutely love Dr. Jennifer MacKay of Central Nova and would recommend her to anybody! My cat had to stay here a few days and nights when he ate something he had trouble passing and then got a UTI. They took such amazing care of him at this clinic and were so patient with all my questions and concerns (and I had a lot!). I was sad to move away from Truro because I will not find another vet like Dr. MacKay! I was a student and she cut costs for me whenever she could. Not only that but the care she gave my cats was above and beyond. When I moved from Truro after my cats last visit she actually hugged me and told me even though she isn't my vet anymore to call her if I have any questions about my pets ever in the future. She is incredible! The rest of the staff is great too. I volunteered there for a few hours for school and the clinic is very clean and well run. 5 stars and huge thumbs up for Central Nova - especially Dr MacKay!!!

I like this clinic very much, staff is helpfull and most of the vets are good. Some are charging too much and they sell rotten dog/cat food! Only rated 2 in the dogfood analysis. As a vet you should sell the best and healthiest food.

I would not take my dogs back here. Took my dog in at 7:50pm they closed at 8pm. All th staff were standing inside talking, eventually they opened the door. I was charged for them "reopening", the vet did not l;isten to what I was telling regarding symptoms, gave him a steriod which he ended up bein allergic to, making the issues worse. I was charged $427.00 I took him to Bedford to my old vet the next day where he was diagnosed with Vestibular Syndrome.

I don't know all the services available so I just put down the basics. The staff here are tremendously helpful, very patient with your pets and I have nothing but good to say about them!
