I came to this clinic for the vaccines for my cat. The Vet was very nice and she explained alot of the steps and information for us. I learned alot afterwards, thank you so much

I really do not agree with the negative reviews I read.My experience was wonderful.When my own clinic/hospital of 37 years would not give my beautiful boy an emergency appt, and after trying about 10 other vet clinics,Rachael heard the despair in my voice and gave me an appt. Dr Roncal and Nicole did what they could and offered a plan to see if he would get better. Unfortunately Leo deteriorated and I could not bear to watch him struggle.Again they gave me an emergency appt and Leo was put out of his misery in my arms.This clinic has a LOT of compassion and I found their prices better than most. My experience here was heartfelt. I am coming back for sure and I do recommend them.

During COVID, this clinic was really good. They had really good safety precautions and the staff was really helpful with me. I know that life is so complicated right now, but I felt really good going to RAC with my cat because everything was very orderly.

I really like this clinic. I drive out from Mississauga to come here and I really trust the vet and her recommendations. I know that my cat is super fussy; and the vet and the staff do a really good job with trying to keep him calm.

This vet is truly a horrid person. She is very rude to her staff, and talks very badly behind clients' backs. If you enjoy learning from someone who changes her mind and methods depending on her mood, and yells all day. This is the place for you. The staff here is great, the assistants really do have a love for animals and they try their best to keep animals as comfortable as possible. Clinic overall is extremely clean and well kept. Vet, cares more about $$ than your pet.

I think this clinic is great. The vet is very professional and very smart. She always provides us with many options and explains what's going on. If the day is very busy, sometimes our appointment runs a little late but that's everywhere. I've been going here for the past 2 years and I'm quite happy.

Reception staff at this clinic is woefully incompetent and entirely unhelpful. I would recommend against using them, as customer service is clearly not a priority.

I think a lot of these comments are overly melodramatic.. I've been to going to Dr. Roncal for the last few years and it's always been a nice experience. She's very thorough and smart. She describes a lot of the options and answers our questions. The last veterinarian I went to just ran ONE test on our dog and then gave up. Dr. Roncal offered many tests so to identify the root cause, which I appreciated. She's very intelligent and that is what I look for in for the doctor of my dog. The clinic is also incredibly clean.

Dr. Roncal SCREAMS and yells at her staff! Only cares about money, overpriced. She is an arrogant rude veterinarian do not go to her. My daughter knows one of her staff assistants and she told me that Dr. Roncal never ever thanks her staff for helping the clinic run.

My 9 years old son and I had very unpleasant experience. We brought in a sick kitten, were seen for 5 min at most, did not get any help and were charged $80. People who work at this place should not be working with animals. They obviously do not love animals, cannot support owners, do not have knowledge and their prices are ridiculous. I would never ever bring my cat to this place anymore.

I took my cat in and we saw the doctor 30 minutes later as I did not have a pre-arranged app't. After examining my cat and recording symptoms and history a blood & xray test were completed (total bill almost $500). We waited for about another 30 minutes. The doctor returned the cat to me and telling me twice before he closed the door that he would call me in the afternoon next day. The receptionist then told me the same thing. Nobody called the next day. On the 2nd day I called in the am and asked for results. was told only the doctor could give them to me & he was very busy. I called another vet and asked if that was common practice, they said no, a senior staffer could give you results. Dr. called at noon and said results were normal. I asked why didn't he call earlier. said he was just too busy. I told him I considered him insensitive to the feelings of the owner, who would be feeling anxious to know what was wrong with the cat. He apologized. I didn't accept his apolog

I inquired about a type of dog food and was quoted $106.00. I called to have my dogs file transferred from another vet clinic they quoted me $130 + Tax - the lady said she would call me back after I explained to her the pricing problem, after 1 hour i called the clinic back and the lady started arguing with me then hung up on me! After calling back Dr. Nancy answered screaming at me saying this is the price and i was quoted a price that was in the system from a different DISCONTINUE dog food. I explained it is not my fault they do not keep updated files and the dog food they quoted me was discontinued 3 years ago she eventually hung up on me.
This vet clinic takes advantage of poor pet owners with random pricing mark ups. Their service is not for the pet but for their own money hunger gain.
I do not suggest you go to this clinic, i have also already reported them to the Better Business Bureau

I set up an appointment for my dog to get groomed there. I take him for his shots someplace else since my vet charges me a lot less. My 17 year old sister dropped off my dog for his grooming appointment and one of the staff members convinced her to let them give him his shots (they are not due for another month) and also check for heart worms. She said yes, what did she know but called me right away to tell me. I got very upset that they would try and scam a 17 year old like that. They should have said something when they called me to confirm the appointment the day before. I understand his shots are due, but not for another month. I am never taking my dog there again for grooming. They do only care about the money and should be ashamed of themselves!

Good communication is crucial to the veterinarian-client-patient relationship and to patient health. When the pet you love is in a critical state, vague one or two word answers and lack of action on potential life saving treatments are unacceptable.

I don't understand the negative comments. I've been bringing my cat here ever since she was a kitten and I've always experienced really professional and thorough service. I recommend this clinic to all my friends with pets!

I've been bringing my dogs to this clinic for years and was always very happy with the service. The vet always looked for the best solution for my pet's problems without choosing the most expensive one. I am wholeheartedly recommending this vet and the clinic.

I see this website is controlled by the staff at this clinic, as I see my previous post has been deleted. Please people DO NOT bring your animals here. The doctor and staff are very unprofessional and not trustworthy towards your animals. Ever since bring my dogs to this clinic, they have been terrified going to any vet every since. Their technician must have earned her degree in another country because she is very inexperience and rude. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!!!

I brought my sick dog Roxie for an exam. Dr. Nancy offered treatment options. I chose what I think is best for Roxie. Roxie was treated and I'm happy about the outcome. Many thanks to my caring and very knowledgeable Vet.

I added my vet, Dr. Nancy Roncal.She may provide additional services and treat other types of animals. This is a great place- very caring and patient, as one of my cats is a terror at the vets! We had both our cats spayed and neutered here, and their operations went well!I think it is quite reasonable, compared with some other clinics we investigated.
