I took my female dog there for an emergency visit. We did not have to wait long to get her in. She was diagnosed with bladder stones. Surgery was scheduled the next day. She was kept for two days after surgery and we were allowed to visit her during her stay. the staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The cost was very reasonable and was presented up front. The staff does a good job on following up after surgery. During the surgery and after, everyone involved help alleviate the stress we were feeling as pet parents. Also, the clinic does a good job of managing safety protocol during Covid.

I absolutely love Stone House Animal Hospital. I have been bring my fur babies to them for several years now. They have always treated my babies with the best of care. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Albright is an amazing vet! The staff is very respectful of me & my pets. My elderly cat was seen at Stone House. The staff took great care when a blood draw was necessary for diagnosis. They were very gentle with her.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Our pet received good care and we were not charged for follow up rechecks.

I have been going to Stone House Animal Clinic for at least 13 years and they have always taken such good care of our fur kids. I have never had any complaints.

I LOVED the way they Handled the Covid crisis with Social Distancing masks screens sanitizer etc . The were very professional and very kind . This experience could have been very traumatic for me (depending on the result) . They explained things to me very well and I was comfortable with what ever the end result was going to be . Thank God it turned out well . They also made a follow up call the next day . I have used them many times and they always Treated me right . They are a bit pricey but the fact that they are available 7 days a week and have late hours . They are totally worth it . I also like that they are primarily an all female staff. Whether this is by luck or plan it makes me feel better . Their empathy is wonderful

Appreciate the attention given to the pets by the staff plus the help and information given to the owners. They are quick and skilled in drawing blood for tests like for heart worm and clipping nails etc. Thank you

This place is a money pit, every time I leave I feel that I have been overcharged.In two cases, I was charged for products that I did not buy. The staff is rude and arrogant, so much so that the technicians think they are vets! Not to speak of the waiting time! Appointments are never respected and the wait is sometimes half an hour to an hour long. Definitely will not go back!

My Yorkie was in a fight with a Healer and bit in the head. I brought the Yorkie to stone house as it was the weekend and no other vets were available. Saturday they gave him pain meds and sent him home. They never shaved the dog down to investigate the wounds. Brought him back Sunday because I knew something was not right. He had been vomiting, diarrhea, and yellow fluid with pink tinge coming from his nose. Dr. Albright completely blew off the nasal drainage. Still did not investagate the wounds and gave us antibiotics and sent him home. Sunday evening we took the dog back, moms know when something is really wrong, we had cut as much hair as the dog would allow away from the wounds and what we saw was horrid. A huge mass on his head. Dr. Carder informed us the dog needed emergency surgery to drain the fluids. 2 hours later I was called and told my dog had died. Had this been caught by Albright maybe my dog would still be with me.

I can not say what I want to as I am still extremly angry, only in relation to staff. So it is best at this time not to say anything. as for the facilities, it is modern and form what I have seen very up to date. One of the biggest facility's I have seen for a vet hospitial. They are very reasonable as far as price is concerned , providing you get it in writing before you leave, not when all done. Prices may vary dramatically from what was said to whats was charged. But still is in range when local other vets.
