Wonderful,caring staff.Dr.O'Blenis is very knowledgeable And wonderful with the animals. Staff will even make House calls if you're unable to get your pet to the office! Our only complaint is that prices seem to be rising more than we think is necessary.

Brought our small dog to the clinic for extensive dental work and minor surgery. The care and attention given by Dr. Klein and the staff was awesome. We will return.

took my kitten to get neutered and he came out with a severly broken hip took me a month to get any info out of them when they finally returned my calls i was told my cats hip was broken before he got there ...when i called dr kelly oblenis out on the fact i paid for an physical before they even touched the cat he came back healthy with no issues then all of a sudden his hip is broken and they wont do anything i rated there facebook page and they deleted the rateing and post and blocked me from rating there clinic .there a joke of a vet clinic and there over priced i payed close to 300$ for a kitten neuter and they broke his hip...do not bring ur pets there they only care about the money i am currently seeking legal advice due to the fact my kitten has been on a broken hip and they just released him to me and forgot about me wouldnt return any calls or when i went into the clinic in person i got atleast 3 different stories all lies this is a horrible vet clinic do not trust them!

Dr.Oblenis and her team are absolutely 100% always put your pet first. Dr.Kelly has been taking care of our dogs for the last 15 years and we wouldnt ever hessitate to reccomend her practice. the entire team is amazing

I have been bringing my pets to Bakerview since 2005 and have always had excellent service and results. I am left confident and happy in the care that my pet has received and my pets are happy and healthy. I have gotten years of excellent advice, even just by telephone and I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else.

Thank you ladies for trying to make ME feel better when I brought Miller in. I'm such a big sissy when it comes to him getting his shots. You really go that extra distance with your clinents. Four legged or two.

Used this clinic for our last dog during his healthy years and also during his cancer year and finally when he was put to sleep. Dr. O'Blenis and her staff were amazing. 4 years later and we have just added a new puppy to our family. Dr. O'Blenis is our vet of choice, but all the vet's at the clinic are great. The prices are very competitive and we have always received up to date information and treatment.

The staff and vet's are always very warm and friendly. Bakerview has been out vet clinic for onver 8 years now and we will continue to use them! Dr. Carly is magnificent!

I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. The appointment was 5 minutes long. My dog's problem was not addressed, treated or rectified. It was suggested that I purchase medication for a condition that my dog doesn't even have. I had to go see a different vet the same week who addressed, treated and rectified the problem (for cheaper). I made 2 attempts to work out my complaint with the clinic, the 1st went unanswered, the 2nd was a "no". Very disappointed with the lack of knowledge & customer service. Feel they care only about the money instead of the wellbeing of the pets and owners. I now go to a different clinic where they genuinely help & care for my pet at a more reasonable price.

We have taken all our cats and dogs here. Exceptional service and friendliness. They try really hard and are very compassionate. We trust them and they continue to earn our trust.

I was referred to Bakerview Pet Hospital by the local SPCA shelter and I was very impressed with Dr. O'Blenis and her staff. Professional, yet warm, kind, compassionate, and considerate. Frankly, I was amazed at how affordable their rates were, even for surgery. Needless to say, Bakerview will be getting all my business from now on and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Dr. O'Blenis and her staff are the most incredible and compassionate that I have ever met. They go above and beyond and truely care for our pets we love so dearly. I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.

Recently had to have my dog put to sleep. The staff were so compassionate, and really helped ease the difficulty of the situation. Dr. O'Blenis was fantastic.

I gave staff a 1, not the doctors they were great. The receptionist was very cold. I had a mastiff who was coming in with for a xray to diagnose bone cancer. The receptionist was very cold and quite rude. Did not want me to stay with the dog and asked me to just leave him cause they were not sure when they could do the xray. I walked out went to Mission vet(great people) They were caring and me and my dog comfortable. My dog died from cancer three weeks later.

I find the vets and techs at Bakerview helpful and considerate of both me and my dogs. I really like the hours they are open and the fact that they are open on weekends. It seems every time there is a problem with one of my dogs, it is on a Friday night or Sunday afternoon. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and keep me informed as to what they are doing.

I take all my animals to Bakerview and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is amazing, friendly and always willing to go that extra mile for you and your animals. They're always clean and tidy, always smiling and always pleasant. There may be a bit of a wait sometimes but always worth the time. Dr. O'Blenis, and the other doctors are amazing and friendly!! I will not go anywhere else!!

This vet clinic may be inside Petsmart which can be a little off-putting at first, but it means that the hours are great! They go above and beyond for customers and can handle emergency situations. On top of that they are owned by the same vet that owns Ellwood Park Animal Hospital, so if they will make special arrangements for transfers between clinics for early drop off or if you can't get into Bakerview! The staff is super friendly and always helpful! Unfortunately it is a fairly busy clinic, so sometimes they fall a bit behind in appointments but it is well worth the wait! Dr. O'Blenis is a great vet and I simply wouldn't go anywhere else!
