They were good and very informative for our first puppy visit but charged a lot. When I asked what they would charge for a spay it was more than double what all the other vets charged in our area and they all included overnight care. I called 3 other vets for a quote and found out this vet charged a lot more so they are very expensive compared to other vets in our area. RID: 55877
Click to report rating    6/25/13   2     2     1     1   My puppy's first round of shots seemed rushed and uninterested in meeting me and my puppy for the first time. When it was requested to bring him back for booster shots for my 2nd visit, the tech took the leash and disappeared without informing me. When inquiring with receptionist where he had gone and why I was not with him. It was explained, "this is normal". I requested a nail trim, there was an additional $30 restraint fee that was first explained as a "small fee". A month later I was contacted informing he needed another test, when explained he had this test in his initial visit because they had released medicine based on the test result. They explained the test had not taken place, he was too young. The receptionist was wonderful in attempting to remedy the multiple issues, however the doctor never called, after I was told she would like to talk to me and not lose the business. Needless to say, I am still waiting on the phone call and happily with another clinic. RID: 43300
Click to report rating    4/26/13   5     5     5     5   My dog Dallas recently needed sergury to remove a hard round mass from her lower belly. Dr Anna, gave me detailed information regarding options & prices. They did an outstanding job removing the mass, called me several times to keep me updated on her condition. The operation ended up being $350.00 less then my estimate. Dallas is doing great, acting like a puppy again, and their follow up was awesome. Dr Anna is the bomb. Kind, caring, beautiful, and a fantastic vet. Thank you so much for everything that your entire staff did for us. Joe Owens & Dallas. Mound, mn. RID: 42094
Click to report rating    1/17/13   4     4     3     1   The vet's were great and understanding! They were willing to let me pay half one month and half the next month when I had to put my dog down just b4 Christmas. However today they ran the entire amount and then refused to reverse it and stick to our arrangement. I have been with them for 6 years NEVER AGAIN will I go here! I would say if you have other options take your pet there. RID: 39706
Click to report rating    1/19/11   5     5     5     5   I'm a former vet tech, and I have been taking my beloved pets there for about 7 years. I could not ask for better service, better people or better care for my most precious fur-children, at a reasonable cost. Over and over, they've done their due diligence with a couple of difficult cases regarding two of my cats, consulting with vets from the U of M, as well as doing their own detective work. That kind of commitment saved Mischief's life! I would highly recommend them! RID: 22185
Click to report rating    2/20/09   5     5     4     4   I think Dr Harms is one of the best vets I've met. She's very kind and gentle with the animals and really knows what she's talking about. RID: 11715

2/4/07   1     1     1     1   Go to www.vetmed.state.mn.us. This is not a place where you would want to take your beloved pet. Maybe, if you think your pet is just a piece of furniture and can save some money. I have tried them three times. All with bad results. My reliable vets there called this clinic to tell them they were wrong on diagnosis. Yet, I stilled paid the fee to them except one time they refunded me. If you go to the site I told you to, you will see how they screwed up repeatedly and had pets die. I, at least, do not put dollars before my pets. I live a stones throw from this clinic and tell everyone I know to not use them. I do rescue also, and never, ever refer people to them or use them for anything. I give them lists of other clinics. Please, do not use this clinic. Love your pet! RID: 2580
Click to report rating    1/4/07   5     5     5     5   The cost is affordable, the staff is wonderful, the doctors are knowledgeable, and your pet is the #1 priority. What more could you ask for? RID: 1798
