We are so happy to have Dr Anne as our vet. Both dogs adore her and pull us through the door. The only regret this week was we never got to see her in person with covid. We know they were well cared for even if we couldn’t enter the clinic.

The worst clinic. Don't waste your money or time. I started bringing my puppy at 8 weeks until she was 6 months. They asked as I am young if cost would be an issue. I said no. I had a great experience at first getting a puppy package and having one nice tech having treat time with her. Then came time for the spay when I requested a surgical exploratory to be done for a sock she devoured the night before. Cost wise wasn't an issue as she would already be sedated and under for her spay. The issue ended up being that they said they didn't really do an exploratory surgery. They still charged me for the exploratory and when I brought her in with a possible ear infection they told me to go elsewhere if cost was an issue (which it wasn't) and while they were looking at her ears I told them to muzzle her. They didn't and brought her out saying I should have told them before hand and my dog may end up euthanized with her behaviour. They seem to cater to the rich + old + established families.

My only regret is that I did not bring my pug Ming to the Byron Animal Clinic sooner. Ming had been suffering from recurring diarrhea and my wife and I gave up on Ming’s former clinic who would only prescribe medication. We visited the Byron Animal Clinic after visiting this website. Both Dr. Will and Dr. Anne and their staff were incredible; they truly love animals and their patients. I’ve visited numerous vets over the years and I’ve never experienced the level of compassion and service I experienced in the two short weeks Ming was a patient of Dr. Will’s and Dr. Anne’s. Dr. Anne immediately recognized how sick Ming was and tests commenced the same day. Ming was unfortunately diagnosed with canine gastrointestinal lymphoma and passed away 16 days later. We attempted treatment to slow the progression of the disease but we were too late. When we chose to end Ming’s suffering, Dr. Will assisted us; he was as sad as we were and I’ll always be grateful he was with us when Ming left us.

We love this clinic. We've seen both Doctors and they are wonderful. Our dogs pull us through the front door.

Dr. Will and Dr. Anne are both great with pets and families. Dr. Will very clearly explained the issues with our dog, provided us with clear options, and went out of his way to provide answers to any questions we had. After having bad experiences at another London vet, this was a welcome change. Would highly recommend!

We have been going to Byron recently with our cat and dog. Dr Anne seems really nice, Dr will unfortunately the owner is whishy washy and has bad medicine. He is not competent and not confident at all. The 2 receptionists are very nice, the nurses are hit and miss lately - kelly was not helpful, very rude and condensending. Will never return. Prices are on the high end as well.

Thank you to everyone at the clinic for being so compassionate and caring as we made the difficult decision of having our beloved Chelsey euthanized. We were blessed to have Chelsey for an amazing 16 years and know that with everyone's help we were able to be with her right up to the very end of her life here on earth. Thank you for all your professional guidance.

A decade of taking my dog to this clinic and they just kept getting better. Professional and polite. Dr. Will and Dr. Anne both have been wonderful to me and my pet. We had to say goodbye to my dog last week and all the staff were so caring that felt we were with a group of friends. Very highly recommended.

Most recently, Dr. Fluery and his highly skilled team treated our critically ill pup with compassion, dedication, and true caring; and our family with genuine kindness.
In every aspect of this personally tragic event; the team at Byron Animal Clinic could not have tried harder or cared more.

I saw Dr Anne with my sick cat and I felt right away he was in good hands. She laid out all my options and I felt no pressure to pick the most costly/thorough option which I did. He was feeling better quickly and I couldn't be happier. The staff called to see how he was doing the next day. There's a reason they have such great reviews. Thanks Dr Anne.

I saw the new vet this week and I was very impressed. She was very knowledgable and caring and my dog loved her. I would highly recommend this clinic the staff was great and they all really took their time with us. I felt listened to and that many options were offered and not pushed on me. A+

Dr Will is kind hearted and cares. Not sure if the clinic has sophisticated equipment and would like more expertise demonstrate in regards to holistic alternatives, diet, etc. The staff - mostly friendly. There was an unfriendly young lady that others commented upon as well - rude -I noticed she is no longer there. Which is a good thing. Prices are high - wish they would be more affordable? Especially in this bad economy where some people will not treat - rather opt to put their pet down - sad.

All cats yowl like they are dying at the vet. That's the nature of the beast. If there are any concerns, of course you get bloodwork. I like these guys. I did, hoever feel a little judged when I brought my sick cat in to be destroyed and wasn't given the option to say goodbye. : (

Wonderful staff and Vets. I have nothing but good to say about them. THey truly care about the pets not the money. I read the comment below about the bloodwork and I think you are crazy, they are great. It's great the bloodwork comes back normal that doesn't mean it shouldn't be done we test our pets every year so we can catch things before they happen. Don't let that comment stop you from going to see them they are really a great caring group of people.

I can't express how fantastic this clinic is. I got my exotic pet in later on the day I called and when I had a question about my pet's medicine they got back to me right away. A week later they called to see how my pet was doing. So appreciated when a little one is injured!

I have always had good experiences with Dr. Lori and Dr. Will with my dog ever since his first puppy appointment (he is now 2). Techs are so kind and loving, and there is no shortage of cookies available! Have had to book an emergency appointment before and they were able to see him that afternoon. One time I had to come in on a Saturday to pick up an e-collar for a non-emergency and Dr. Will came out to have a quick look at him right there in the waiting room without me asking. They are up-front and reasonable about additional costs such as opting for full bloodwork & micro-chips.

I am very unhappy with this clinic. Some of the staff are friendly, some are not, its a gamble whenever I go in. On my last visit, the vet only presented me with one diagnosis which happened to have very costly treatment. They scare me into getting bloodwork for my cats and it always comes back perfect so there was no need for the blood work in the first place. They are not very considerate of people who have financial troubles like myself. In addition to all of this I am incredibly unhappy with how they treat my cats. The hold them roughly and when carrying the cats in their crate they don't even bother to try to keep it level so my arthritic cat gets jostled around which makes me very upset because he has difficulty walking as it is. When they did xrays on my other cat I heard her yowling from the waiting room, sounds I've never heard her make in her life. When they brought her up she seemed traumatized and didn't move for a long time. I will be contacting a veterinary ethics board.

Have been taking our pets since Dr Lori opened the clinic. She and her assoc Dr are excellent, as well as the staff. They are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. The only reason I gave the facilities a 4 is because it is not wheelchair accessible, otherwise the facilities are excellent.

I love this clinic, the staff is amazing. Vicki the receptionist is always a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Lori is awesome. We have always received excellent care for both our cats and our dog. They always ask before doing bloodwork, and lay out the costs before hand. Pleasure to deal with!
