First there should be a separate rating between front staff and the actual vets and vet techs. I would rate the Vets and vet techs a 5 and the front staff a 2. In all fairness I've not been in for about a year. It should also be noted that the practice is under new ownerships and the terrible owner justifiably rated so low before is gone!! She was horrible with people. As for their, what I assume is, office manager (a guy) is so cold and aloof and unprofessional I did look for somewhere else to go. I had brought my cat in to be cremated and he was so cold and unfeeling during such a hard and emotional visit and didn't express any regard to my deep loss. A little respect and care and warmth goes a long way! So again the vets get a 5 but don't expect care and warmth from the office staff - unless they've changed in the last year or so.

If Dr. Metzger still owns the clinic, it's one of the best I've ever been to. Not all the vets are as good, but she's excellent. Not a fancy place, but always fit me in when I needed to get my dogs in, and didn't charge me for all sorts of little things. Dr. Metzger is an excellent dianostician.

The woman who owns this clinic is terrible. The other veterinarians in the practice are better--or at least more pleasant--but they seem unhappy. I would be too if I had to work with that owner. The place is dirty, and I always have to wait at least an hour. Once I waited three hours and didn't even get a cursory "I'm sorry." The owner pushes product and seems mercanary and cold. Also, no parking.

If I could rate them lower I would, do not walk into this clinic, run away!! My dog had swallowed a chicken bone, the vet flipped her on her back and started pushing hard on her stomach, my dog growled because she was in pain, the vet said "if this were my dog, I would drop kick her" I said no worries, and picked up my dog and walked out.. She is the meanest woman I have ever met, personally and professionally. She never smiles, I believe she actually hates animals, loves the money. I know many people who went there one time and said they will never go back.. she is the vet from hell. +
