VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My old girl collapsed, went rigid, terrified, contorted and grabbing into the floor for dear life. It was really scary. My whole family was afraid she was dying and that this was it. We called in the morning on a Friday and they told me we had to make an appointment. I explained that my dog was dying on the floor and we needed to bring her in now. They said it would cost me extra if I refused to make an appointment. This conversation escalated to where Bethany Animal Clinic's rep Gwen, was screaming at me at the top of her lungs. I was in tears. She actually insinuated that if my dog dies it would be my fault because of the time spent on the phone. Gwen was horribly rude, uncaring, unprofessional, ridiculous and just mean.

There cannot be a better veterinary clinic around. I have had my dog, birds, and cats treated there and they have always gotten the best of care. I only have a dog right now. Past and present experience have been awesome.

They can be a little pricey, but it's worth it. Dr. Leann Gruber is outstanding, caring, and really kind to our dogs. Their whole staff is excellent.
