I love this doctor and all of his staff. He truly takes joy in treating his patients so lovingly. There is no more competent, compassionate or reasonable veteranarian this side of the planet that I know.

I have been going to see Dr Meyer with all of my animals since I came to Austin in 1989 for my freshman yr of UT. No matter how far away from S. Austin I have moved, I keep going South for the excellent care he provides to my pets. Dr Meyer and his son, Rob, provide loving care at very reasonable rates. I have had to use emergency animal services, and no one has come close to the warmth and caring my babies receive from him. If you need a vet, look no further! My boyfriend of 4 yrs was taking his cat to Riverside Vet since he adopted him 8yrs ago. I have never met anyone that left this practice once they had their animal treated by Doc Meyer.

The staff vet at Riverside Veterinary Clinic is Dr. Henry Meyer. He's the best vet I've ever had. He really and truly cares about animals, and is a compassionate person in general. Dr. Meyer always takes time to listen to you, and never pushes unnecessary procedures on you. I've reccommended him to a few friends and they love him too. You won't be disappointed. And his prices are extremely reasonable too!
