I had my dog of 16 years put down at this clinic. They told me I could use any outside urn I wanted. Upon having her cremated I paid extra for an individual cremation and bought an urn that would fit up to a 75lb dog (my dog weighed 27 lbs when putting her down.) First they called me and told me they couldn't get the urn open, (when I got her back I saw a sticker on the bottom of the urn that had instructions on how to open.) They figured that out finally and then called to tell me that she wouldn't fit in the urn, which then I was worrying that they cremated the wrong dog or did not do an individual cremation. They call me back and told me they got her to fit and when I came to pick her up and bring her home the bottom nearly fell out of the urn and I nearly had my dogs ashes in my driveway as they were in a plastic bad with a ziptie and they stripped the srews that came in the urn and replaced with ones that did not fit. VERY disappointing, I would NEVER recommend to anyone!
