I have heard Dr. Randolph be dry and demanding of her employees. That she could definitely change. However, her "bedside" manner with the animals is TOP NOTCH. She spends all the time you need with you and your animal. She will explain what her diagnosis is, her treatment approach, and any other options that there are. She will tell you what you are doing good, and what you should change in the care of your pets. More than one person I know travels across town to go to her, we do as well. We have multiple pets, and we have complete trust in her judgment. We have tried three other vets in the "east Orlando/Oviedo area" and they do not compare. I would definitely recommend her as a good vet.
