My cat suffers neck cracking and popping since I had taken her to Animal Medical Clinic and RB. She was seen by Dr. Roberta Rolack who continually suggested my cat was rebellious everytime she cried and flinched in discomfort. Dr refused to let me comfort my cat but instead, her assistance pinched and twisted her neck harder and held her down further while my cat cried in fear. When I responded that I feed my cat raw chicken(for best protein), she repeated me loudly in sour disgusted face without any other suggestion. The est of recommended service was $450 with cat scan, urinalysis, x-ray, sedation, flea med, without simple blood test I had requested. I regret taking my cat to AMC and not taking her out of exam room.
