My dog went in a solid healthy dog. Was recently throwing up and started not to eat. Blood tests,X-rays, barium test showing a blockage, they decided to go completely in another direction and ignore the barium test indicating a blockage of some sort and went instead with a rare disease. After two weeks of having a strong healthy dog, I now have a dog that has had no nutrition and been throwing up profusely. I told them over and over again "she hasn't eaten., I feel like I and watching my dog die in front of me." Finally one of them saw something on an X-ray that he didn't like. I said please do in but of course now my poor girl was at her weakest. They knew that they had to go in at this point. Strengthed her up and went in. They found a rubbery type of obstruction in her small intestine that had been there for so long unfortunately that the blood supply had been cut off n the tissue died, cut the dead and reattached. She died hours after. She so wanted to live. A disgrace. A tragedy.

Excellent staff and excellent Drs. They stayed open late for my cat in distress even though I wasn't a current client. They took great care of her and were extremely kind. If we lived closer this would definitely be my regular vet. I can't say enough good things about them. The pricing is slightly higher than other places but not at all unreasonable and certainly worth the care and attention they give.

This is a beautiful new vet office in Apopka and the doctors and staff are second to none when it comes to providing quality care at a good value. Dr. Rick Rubinstein and Dr. John Turgai run a great office. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!
