I have nothing but praise for Dr. Chan. She's very competent, knowledgeable and will patiently explain anything you need or want to know about your pet's condition. She truly cares about my pet. I've been taking my dog there for four years. My dog has had several problems - some serious and some not so serious. The staff and Dr. Chan are always polite and very helpful. She will spend time with you on the phone and explain whatever you need to know about the issue at hand. I did this several times and she never made me feel like she was rushing to get me off the phone. (I tend to be an overprotective mom when it comes to my dog!) When my dog had an emergency they were ready and waiting and took her in the second we got there. They always call a few days later to check on her status whenever she's been sick. I have complete trust in Dr. Chan when it comes to my dog's care.

Staff was rude to me and my pet everytime I took it in. Facilities are quaint and home-like, which I found appealing when selecting a vet, but their demeanor around my pet was unacceptable. They treated other animals lovingly but always seemed annoyed when my pet arrived. I will say that Dr. Chan is very knowledgable and knows what she's doing and does a good job explaining things, but the staff's attitude overall was disrespectful and rude for what I was charged (prices are expensive and I was often charged for many small, vague fees).
