Although the place is clean and thorough, it's also way overpriced, they constantly try to add on additional tests and fees (it cost me almost $500 last time I was there with two dogs and picking up foods). You never get to see the same people twice if you're like me and can only take your pets in on the weekends. I'm not even sure the same people work there from year to year. When you've got an appointment, they can't seem to keep it -- you're always waiting, often up to twenty minutes or longer on the weekend.
They also discontinued carrying our cats' prescription food and we weren't notified until we showed up to get more. Since we were a bowl away from empty, that didn't give us the time to shift to a new food slowly, so all our cats were sick for two weeks.
The final nail on the coffin is they are so afraid of losing revenue that they refuse to provide prescriptions for pharmacies that aren't them, particularly online pharmacies, despite the law saying they must.

This place is crazy exspensive and if you can't pay up front they look at you like you have five heads cuz u can't afford to pay 1200 bucks right then. Don't fall behind on your payments, my parents fell behind two payments and they were already getting ready to sue us. Mind you they have gone there for over ten years and always paid the the bill upfront, they were absolutely cutthroat.

My cat was being treated for arthritis for many months. Although the cat was limping, the symptom was ignored and the vet concentrated on her hips. Finally I brought her to a specialist because she was in constant pain. She had a cancerous tumor on her leg. The leg had to be amputated. Also the markup on medication is outrageous.
