This was the MOST Horrible experience every,the staff and the manager Molly. What happen my puppy went in for shots, they took him in the back, the nurse, doctor disappeared for about 15 min. he came back gave me the dog and said all done, I said what did you do, where he go???? they NEVER discuss and billing nothing the bill around 200.00I never got a receipt nothing, The Hospital promises to show you outline bill before any treatment being done. They treated him for unnecessary treatments. When I walk to the desk, they said they will mail a bill to me, never got it, waited waited, I called the the animal hospital three times to pay the bill and wanted an invoice. I finally walked in and gave them a check, and finally thay printed me an invoice. About 10 days later a collection agancy started calling me and writing me mean notes,did not sure what was going on I have an 8.25 credit score.... I called the hospital and as Molly the manager and she hung up on me and well as the ot
