i love briarcliff! i've been taking my cats here for 10 years, and even got 2 of them from their adoption program. i have 2 that get very nervous when they go in to any vet, and so they get pretty mean. but the staff here is always great at handling them! dr. muller, dr. hedge, dr. joseph, and dr. edelstein are fantastic! it is expensive, but it's comparable to other clinics in the area. they always weigh the options with me, and we decide together what's best for our family. the staff are all friendly too! terry at the front desk, dwight on phones, nafis and richie in the clinic, have all been great to work with. i'm so happy we can call them our vet!

The person who rated on 7/10/09 lied about not being able to be present when their pet is being examined or given shots! I have been going to Briarcliff with my Pets for over 20 years and they've allowed me present for exams and shots! Heck, they've even taught me how to give injections so that I wouldn't have to bring my pet back daily for certain medications when they were sick. Dr. Muller, Dr. Reeve and Dr. Edelstein are amazing vets!!! They treat my pet as if she were their own!!! You will not go wrong at BAC!!

Great Vet! I have been taking my pet to Briarcliff for over 20 years and I am very happy with the service my 4 legged children get.

Staff is mostly high school kids who couldn't care less, one of them slammed the phone down on me. The dogs and cats are not separated for boarding so my cat was terrorized by dogs barking 24/7. They brought my cat to me in an old urine-soaked box and he had **** matted in his hair. They do not sedate and will not allow you to be present for exam or shots because they restrain the animals and won't sedate (because that's cruel.) I will never go beck here and I do not recommend it to anyone

I was new to the area and I could not have found a better vet. The staff was compassionate, kind, and they were genuinely concerned about my pets. They were also extremely affordable. I brought my cat in for fleas and they gave her an exam and treated her great. A few days later I had to bring my puppy in for the same problem. He had the same exam and treatment but the staff refused to charge me for an office visit. They also have an express service for puppy vaccines where you only have to pay for the shot...no office visits, which saves you money! Briarcliff is an amazing Animal Hospital and I am extremely happy there.
